1. Acceptance

By creating a BluffKing account or using the practice tables, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

These terms apply to the marketing website, the H5 application, the Google Play app, the iOS client, the Telegram Mini App path, the public API, and any other feature we ship in the future.

2. What BluffKing is — and is not

BluffKing is operated by BLUFF KING PTE. LTD. (UEN 202627618H), a company incorporated in Singapore.

BluffKing is a poker training and analysis platform. All chips inside the application are practice chips. They have no monetary value, cannot be purchased, sold, traded, redeemed, or converted to any currency, virtual or otherwise.

BluffKing is not a gambling service, an online casino, or a gaming licensee. We do not host real-money poker, sports betting, or any game of chance for stakes.

3. Eligibility

You must be 18 or older (or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction). One account per person. We may verify identity if we suspect duplicate accounts, automation, or fraud.

4. Account & security

Keep your password and recovery email private. You are responsible for activity under your account. Notify us immediately at loong@bluffking.ai if you suspect unauthorized access.

5. Pricing status

Published plan pricing is US$9.90 monthly or US$99 yearly for Pro; Max is billed at the price shown on the subscription page at time of purchase (monthly or yearly). The signed-in membership screen is the authority for the exact plan, amount, provider, and availability shown to an account.

H5 membership checkout is open to the public. Current H5 methods are card (Stripe Payment), PayNow, and BNB Chain USDT. Apple Pay and Google Pay are disabled in H5; native iOS and Android purchases use the App Store and Google Play respectively. These rails are used only to pay the selected fixed-term digital poker-training membership subscription fee, with no wagering, chip purchases, deposits, withdrawals, player transfers, rake, cash prizes, or paid game entry. Telegram Stars and native iOS / Android in-app purchase have partial closed-loop evidence but still have production purchase, renewal, or refund evidence gaps. Use only an order or provider page generated inside the product.

Successful payments activate through the matching webhook, store verification, or on-chain verifier. Refunds use the matching provider channel or a staff-controlled fallback, with backend idempotency records preventing duplicate refunds.

Membership provides training features only. Free keeps complete hand history and basic replay, preflop-depth Coach analysis on hands up to 14 days old, 14 days of headline stats, a curated set of up to 5 daily drills with 5 attempts, 5 preflop-depth Coach hints per day, 3 spot analyses per day, and the public 800-iteration / 1-flop-size solver baseline. The first 3 successfully served lifetime Coach requests across all tiers receive full onboarding depth.

Pro adds full-depth Coach (30 per day), advanced review for hands up to one year old, replay-line analysis, opponent range insight, full-lookback and positional stats, the standard drill catalog excluding its hardest tier (30 attempts per day), and a 3,200-iteration / 3-flop-size solver.

Max adds advanced review across all history, Coach chat, stat trends, the hardest drills, up to 8,000 solver iterations / 8 flop bet sizes with a wider turn-and-river tree, and no daily Coach, spot-analysis, or drill-attempt quota. Per-minute abuse limits and solver complexity and memory caps still apply on every tier.

Membership never buys chips, win rate, hand outcomes, or real-money entry. Practice chips have no monetary value and cannot be purchased, sold, traded, redeemed, or converted to any currency.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use automated tools, bots, or scrapers to interact with the service in ways not provided by our official API.
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract the solver engine.
• Resell access to your account.
• Use the platform to facilitate any real-money gambling, syndicate, or pool.
• Harass other players in chat or share private game data without consent.

7. AI assistance disclosure

Coach, review hints, and in-table quick hints are training tools. They must not be used to cheat in third-party real-money games or to misrepresent assistance to other players.

8. Intellectual property

BluffKing owns the platform, including the solver engine, training scenarios, and brand. You retain ownership of hand histories you import or generate. We do not claim any rights over your hands beyond what is necessary to operate the service.

9. Termination

Either party may end the agreement at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts for fraud, abuse, automation, harassment, or repeated terms violations.

10. Disclaimers & liability

BluffKing is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that solver or GTO-style recommendations will lead to wins in real games. Our maximum liability in any 12-month period is limited to the amount you paid us during that period, or zero if you paid nothing.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Singapore. Disputes are resolved in the Singapore International Arbitration Centre.

1. What we collect

BluffKing is operated by BLUFF KING PTE. LTD. (UEN 202627618H), a company incorporated in Singapore.

We collect the minimum data needed to run the service:

• Account info: display name, email, hashed password.
• Game and training data: sessions, room membership, hand history, action logs, drill attempts, stats, and coach messages.
• First-party usage telemetry: page views, funnel events, client errors, performance timing, user agent, and an anonymous browser id. Telemetry is not used to store hand contents.
• Profile media: an optional avatar image you upload. Because it is shown to other players at your table, it is shared with other users in multi-player rooms.
• In-room chat: free-form messages you send at a table are transmitted to the other players in that room and held only in memory for the session (not stored), except where you include it in a report you submit, which we retain for abuse review.
• Purchases and membership: store product and plan identifiers, purchase token or transaction/order identifier, subscription and entitlement status, renewal/expiry/refund/revocation events, and related verification or fraud-prevention records. We do not receive your payment-card or bank-account credentials.
• Connection & technical metadata: your IP address, device and browser type (User-Agent), and request timestamps, logged automatically when your client connects. We use it only to operate, secure, and protect the service (see Security & abuse prevention below), never for advertising.

2. Where it lives

The current app paths use server-authoritative game state. Account, session, hand-history, drill, coach, billing-order, and membership-entitlement records are stored server-side so you can reconnect, review hands, continue training, and restore or verify purchases.

Live table and review payloads are redacted per viewer: you receive your own hole cards and only opponent cards that the game rules allow to be shown.

3. Store and payment providers

Google Play, Apple, Stripe, and any other payment provider that a product surface explicitly offers collect payment details directly under their own terms and privacy policies. BluffKing receives only the product, purchase/order/transaction identifier, status and lifecycle data needed to verify the purchase, activate membership, prevent fraud, provide support, and meet accounting or legal duties.

We send provider-issued purchase identifiers back to the matching provider for verification. We do not use purchase history for advertising or sell it to anyone.

4. Security & abuse prevention

Our server access logs include your IP address, the request time, the host and path, referrer, response status and timing, and your browser's User-Agent. Rolled log files are deleted after 30 days; the current active log is retained until it rotates by size.

We use your source IP address to rate-limit automated or abusive traffic and to flag potential collusion — for example, distinct accounts concurrently connected and seated at the same table from the same source IP address — so the practice games stay fair.

A collusion signal kept for staff review records the accounts and table involved and may include a keyed one-way HMAC of the IP; it never contains the raw IP address, and if the HMAC key is not configured the HMAC field is omitted while the shared-source relationship between the accounts remains. These records have no automatic expiry and remain until staff manually delete them.

This is legitimate-interest processing to protect players and the service. We do not use it to track you across other websites or for advertising.

5. What we don't do

We do not sell, rent, or trade your data. We do not let advertisers track you across the web. We do not run third-party analytics scripts inside the application. We do not receive or store raw payment-card or bank-account credentials. We do not share hand histories with anyone, including your opponents or coaches you have not explicitly authorized.

6. Cookies

Authentication uses a first-party `session` cookie. No tracking cookies. No third-party cookies. H5 uses local storage for non-secret pointers and preferences, and the marketing site uses a first-party anonymous telemetry id; see the Cookie Policy tab for the full list.

7. Your rights

You can request in-app account deletion from the mobile app's Me (Account) or About page via Delete account. This permanently deletes your account and associated service data.

You can also request account deletion outside the app by emailing loong@bluffking.ai from your account email with the subject "BluffKing account deletion". We delete eligible account data within 30 days, unless retention is required for security, fraud prevention, or legal compliance.

Under GDPR, CCPA, and similar laws, you may have rights to access, rectify, port, and erase your data. Email loong@bluffking.ai to exercise them.

8. Children

We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18. If you believe a minor has created an account, email loong@bluffking.ai.

9. Changes

If we change this policy in a way that affects you, we will email registered users at least 30 days before the change takes effect.

1. Why we care

Poker is a game of skill, but skill is not what makes some people unable to put it down. Even though BluffKing has no real money, we still take the time problem seriously — playing for 10 hours a day is not learning.

2. Product boundaries

BluffKing is practice-chip training only. The product has no deposits, withdrawals, chip purchase, chip redemption, rake, or real-money table entry.

• Treat practice sessions as study, not a substitute for sleep, work, school, or relationships.
• Stop if you are playing to chase losses, even with practice chips.
• Use your device-level screen-time tools if you need a hard external limit.

3. Signs to watch for

Even with practice chips, watch for these signals — they often precede unhealthy patterns with real money:

• Playing to chase losses ("just one more hand to get back to even").
• Hiding the time you spend on poker from family or partner.
• Increasing session length to feel the same satisfaction.
• Skipping sleep, meals, or commitments to play.

4. No real-money temptation

BluffKing does not link to, advertise, sponsor, or integrate with any real-money poker site. We do not recommend specific real-money operators. The platform does not exist to send you to a casino.

1. What we use

For authentication, one first-party cookie:

• `session` — keeps you signed in. Lasts up to 30 days from sign-in, and is dropped after 14 days of inactivity (the inactivity window resets each time you use the app). HttpOnly, SameSite=Lax, and Secure when served over production HTTPS.

2. What we do not use

No advertising cookies. No social-media pixels. We avoid third-party tracking cookies on the marketing site.

3. Local storage

The H5 app may use local storage for session pointers, room code hints, language, UI preferences, and a first-party telemetry anonymous id. The marketing site stores its own origin-scoped anonymous telemetry id so aggregate visits and page views can appear in the internal daily report. It is not used for advertising or cross-site tracking. Hand history and review data are served from the backend, not from a marketing-site cookie.
