Free includes 5 Coach hints, 3 spot analyses and 5 drill attempts per day; Pro allows 30 hints, 30 spot analyses and 30 drill attempts daily. Max has no daily allowance limit for these three features, but per-minute abuse limits still apply. Advanced review covers hands up to 14 days old on Free, 365 days on Pro and all history on Max. No. Coach Chat is currently paused; neither Pro nor Max enables it. The plans' Coach hints and spot analyses use local strategy analysis, not a conversational coach. In-app Coach, post-hand analysis and drills are hidden by default until you enable Me → AI & advanced study. That setting does not restore Coach Chat. Poker bot games and no-login calculators do not need this setting.

Games use practice chips or gold beans with no cash value. Free claims still have limits; membership does not buy chips or automatically refill them without limit. Shared cosmetics such as 3D characters, avatar frames, felt and card backs are free; Pro and Max membership badges and titles require an eligible active subscription.

3D characters, outfits, voices, frames, name colors, entrance effects, felt and card backs are free across games and can be saved to your account. Tablemates see identity cosmetics on game seats and public cards; felt and card backs remain private. Pro includes an emerald badge and Pro titles; Max adds a crown badge and Max titles. Member titles require an active eligible tier; saved choices survive expiry. Titles express personality, not achievements or an official role. Cosmetics never change deals, rules or outcomes.

We want people to pay for the service itself. Our revenue model does not depend on player losses or compulsive play. Prices and benefits are published; membership never changes the deal, rules, or outcome.

H5 membership checkout is open to the public. Membership pays only the selected fixed-term digital poker-training membership subscription fee, never wagers, chips, player transfers or paid game entry. Never send card or bank-account credentials.

For email registration, verify your email, then set a password and accept the terms. A nickname is not required at signup; edit your name and avatar later in your profile. You can also use the Google, Apple or phone options currently shown on the page. To keep guest progress, upgrade through Me → Save progress in the same guest session. Signing into another existing account does not merge guest progress.

Submit in-product feedback with reproduction steps, device, browser, page URL, actual result, and screenshots. Room-related reports can include a room-code clue, but never send passwords or payment credentials.

To delete your account, go to Me → Help & about → Delete account in the app. For other data requests, email loong@bluffking.ai from your account address. After identity verification, we process requests subject to security, fraud-prevention, and legal retention requirements.
