Terms of Service

1. Acceptance

By creating a BluffKing account or using the practice tables, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

These terms apply to the marketing website, the H5 application, the Google Play app, the iOS client, the Telegram Mini App path, the public API, and any other feature we ship in the future.

2. What BluffKing is — and is not

BluffKing is operated by BLUFF KING PTE. LTD. (UEN 202627618H), a company incorporated in Singapore.

BluffKing is a poker training and analysis platform. All chips inside the application are practice chips. They have no monetary value, cannot be purchased, sold, traded, redeemed, or converted to any currency, virtual or otherwise.

BluffKing is not a gambling service, an online casino, or a gaming licensee. We do not host real-money poker, sports betting, or any game of chance for stakes.

3. Eligibility

You must be 18 or older (or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction). One account per person. We may verify identity if we suspect duplicate accounts, automation, or fraud.

4. Account & security

Keep your password and recovery email private. You are responsible for activity under your account. Notify us immediately at loong@bluffking.ai if you suspect unauthorized access.

5. Pricing status

Published plan pricing is US$9.90 monthly or US$99 yearly for Pro; Max is billed at the price shown on the subscription page at time of purchase (monthly or yearly). The signed-in membership screen is the authority for the exact plan, amount, provider, and availability shown to an account.

H5 membership checkout is open to the public. Current H5 methods are card (Stripe Payment), PayNow, and BNB Chain USDT. Apple Pay and Google Pay are disabled in H5; native iOS and Android purchases use the App Store and Google Play respectively. These rails are used only to pay the selected fixed-term digital poker-training membership subscription fee, with no wagering, chip purchases, deposits, withdrawals, player transfers, rake, cash prizes, or paid game entry. Telegram Stars and native iOS / Android in-app purchase have partial closed-loop evidence but still have production purchase, renewal, or refund evidence gaps. Use only an order or provider page generated inside the product.

Successful payments activate through the matching webhook, store verification, or on-chain verifier. Refunds use the matching provider channel or a staff-controlled fallback, with backend idempotency records preventing duplicate refunds.

Membership provides training features only. Free keeps complete hand history and basic replay, preflop-depth Coach analysis on hands up to 14 days old, 14 days of headline stats, a curated set of up to 5 daily drills with 5 attempts, 5 preflop-depth Coach hints per day, 3 spot analyses per day, and the public 800-iteration / 1-flop-size solver baseline. The first 3 successfully served lifetime Coach requests across all tiers receive full onboarding depth.

Pro adds full-depth Coach (30 per day), advanced review for hands up to one year old, replay-line analysis, opponent range insight, full-lookback and positional stats, the standard drill catalog excluding its hardest tier (30 attempts per day), and a 3,200-iteration / 3-flop-size solver.

Max adds advanced review across all history, Coach chat, stat trends, the hardest drills, up to 8,000 solver iterations / 8 flop bet sizes with a wider turn-and-river tree, and no daily Coach, spot-analysis, or drill-attempt quota. Per-minute abuse limits and solver complexity and memory caps still apply on every tier.

Membership never buys chips, win rate, hand outcomes, or real-money entry. Practice chips have no monetary value and cannot be purchased, sold, traded, redeemed, or converted to any currency.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • Use automated tools, bots, or scrapers to interact with the service in ways not provided by our official API.
  • Reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract the solver engine.
  • Resell access to your account.
  • Use the platform to facilitate any real-money gambling, syndicate, or pool.
  • Harass other players in chat or share private game data without consent.

7. AI assistance disclosure

Coach, review hints, and in-table quick hints are training tools. They must not be used to cheat in third-party real-money games or to misrepresent assistance to other players.

8. Intellectual property

BluffKing owns the platform, including the solver engine, training scenarios, and brand. You retain ownership of hand histories you import or generate. We do not claim any rights over your hands beyond what is necessary to operate the service.

9. Termination

Either party may end the agreement at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts for fraud, abuse, automation, harassment, or repeated terms violations.

10. Disclaimers & liability

BluffKing is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that solver or GTO-style recommendations will lead to wins in real games. Our maximum liability in any 12-month period is limited to the amount you paid us during that period, or zero if you paid nothing.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Singapore. Disputes are resolved in the Singapore International Arbitration Centre.
